Payment Methods

We currently offer the following secure payment options:

All online payments are securely processed by Stripe.
We do not store any payment details on our servers.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the courier in cash/card upon delivery.
Available only in selected countries and for specific products.
Additional fees may apply depending on country and currency.

  • Payment After Delivery (Invoice)

Upon the shipment of the Order, a preliminary invoice (the “Invoice”) will be electronically issued to the Customer. The Customer is strictly obligated to ensure that full payment of the Invoice amount is remitted on the day of the Order’s receipt.

For the purposes of this term, the “day of the Order’s receipt” shall be conclusively and definitively established by the date of delivery completion as evidenced by the official record or data provided by the designated transportation or logistics service provider.

  • Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

You can also pay directly to our bank account before order processing.
Bank details are provided at checkout.

  • PayPal

Pay easily and securely via your PayPal account. Depending on your country and eligibility, PayPal may also offer additional options such as “Pay Later” or installment payments. All PayPal transactions are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store any PayPal payment details on our servers.

Shipping Details

We offer nationwide delivery in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Poland, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and the United Kingdom.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are specified individually on each product page and are shown in the product details before you place an order. For large items (e.g., greenhouses and saunas), our logistics team will contact you directly to coordinate the delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the product. For certain items, delivery is free of charge – this will be indicated on the respective product page.

All packages are shipped via trusted postal and courier partners.
